If the moisture content of the raw material is too low or too dry, the viscosity is not good and it is not easy to form. If the raw materials meet the requirements, only one sawdust granulator is needed for production. If the moisture content does not meet the standard, a dryer is required, and the price increases again.

2. The specifications of the raw materials. If the raw materials are wood chips, an additional wood crusher needs to be added for crushing treatment. If the raw materials are large-sized wood, an additional wood chipper needs to be added to first break the non-standard wood into wood chips and then crush them, which will greatly differentiate the prices.

3. The production factor, the output of the sawdust particle machine, determines the model of the sawdust particle machine. The price naturally varies depending on the model. If the model of the sawdust particle machine has a production capacity of 2 tons or more, it is recommended to equip cooling equipment because when the sawdust particles are first produced, there is a temperature of 5-60 degrees Celsius.
